CFor certain of our products, Artcorral offers free shipping. If free shipping is available, it covers the majority of locations within the continental United States. It excludes all international locations as well as US territories like Hawaii and Alaska. Additionally, it excludes a few isolated regions of the US mainland. (Note: It is very unusual for an address in the continental US to not be covered by the free shipping. Manhattan and islands that can only be reached by boat or airplane are the most common).

Shipping to very far away states like NY, WA, SD, ND , MI, CA, MT, OR, NV, ME, MA, PA, CT, Montello, Nevada 89830, Quinault, Bronx, NY 10472, WA 98575, Scarborough, ME 04074 etc will be no extra due to excessive fuel surcharges, Shipping of larger unit that goes through car carrier will have  no extra home delivery charges and shipping to any islands like (Key West) will be extra and we do not ship it to Hawaii and Alaska.

Cartcorral strives to provide excellent customer service, and we want our customers to be completely happy. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return the item within 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, and receive a complete refund of the price you paid (minus handling, delivery, and any other additional costs).

The following is our Return Policy Agreement:

  • To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our friendly staff members or send us an email at info@cartcorral.us. Returns without an RMA number won’t be accepted. It is your responsibility to return the item to the designated address once you have an RMA number.

Its customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise at their own expense.

Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

If a dealer assembles the unit and customer wants to return it the dealer assembly will be non refundable No Exception.

It is acceptable for an item to be slightly used or to lack the original manuals and packaging. With a little deduction from your refund for the items that are missing, we can still handle your return request. Any golf cart returned with damage will not be accepted by Cartcorral.

  • 0% restocking fee according to the condition for the item.
  • This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • This guarantee is not applied on Refurbished items. All sales are final for all refurbished items.
  • If you have received your golf cart for more than 50 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the golf cart or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.
  • Over 6 months return or unauthorized return may subject over 50% restocking fee
  • In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
  • You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 0% cancellation fee.
